The sugars and the role of fruits

The French Patisserie uses very little refined sugar.
Whether in the Tartelettes, macarons, or any other delicacy.

We don't often realize it, but French pastries are mostly fruit-based.
Almond flour and the use of dark chocolate help achieve this goal.
And we are very concerned about the excessive use of sugars:

  • despite being a pastry shop;
  • although we maintain some conventual sweets and similar options for those who find it difficult to give up sugar;
  • and for those of other nationalities who visit us and want to try our pastries
